Happy Easter everyone! I am spending Easter in Oslo. The photo above is from Nordmarka, one of the forests surrounding Oslo. After a couple of weeks with springish weather, the winter returned, and we got another chance to do some skiing before the season is finally over.Apart from skiing, I have spent Easter sowing, listening to an audio criminal novel (it's a Norwegian Easter tradition to read criminal novels and see criminal series, don't ask me why..)., and celebrating my grandfather's 100th anniversary. My Bestepappa died in the mid 80ies, and I remember him as a funny granddad full of pranks, like blowing the content of the eggs in the fridge out, leaving them empty to my grandmother's big surprise when she was going to fry eggs for breakfast. When we stood by the family grave on Thursday, my mother said that under that stone lie a lot of funny people. And to celebrate that, the living among us went home and had a good time, with good food and drinks and memories of the past.
